This is a beautiful keyboard...my great granddaughter loves it and is a happy camper... This was not the case when just a few days before...I was tearing my hair out over a delivery of this same model that had arrived with a cracked casing and not working...I made a complaint and Amazon responded...at first, we were looking at waiting for a refund after the return of the item..a matter of maybe 2 weeks... When I rewrote to Amazon about the problem I was dealing with...they immediately expedited a full refund and I was able to reorder her keyboard straight away...and UPS picked up the damaged one...one day and the next the new one was being delivered to my door...Fantastic service, Amazon...My family loves dealing with you.
