I bought this keyboard for my children for Christmas. I think this is the best present that I have given them. 6 weeks after Christmas both of them still play on the keyboard each day. I don't think any toy we have ever bought them has been played with that long after Christmas before. Both of my kids, ages 9 & 12, wanted to learn how to play the piano. This keyboard is great for them and I think will be great for most people. It doesn't take up much space on the stand that is provided. The best part about this whole package, from a parents standpoint, are the headphones. It's great to hear your children progress but let's be honest, there are times where it's wonderful to have them practice without you having to hear "their progression" all the time. The kids don't mind using the headphones at all and then once they have mastered their skill they proudly play for us their mastered work.
